批安康非物质文化遗产代表 绿色富硒食品 纯手工精制 无添加剂无防腐剂 炕炕馍是汉阴民间的一种特色小吃，分布区域以月河川道蒲溪、涧池、平梁，汉江两岸汉阳、漩涡，北山双河、铁佛、酒店等乡镇为主，据有关史料考证已有千余年历史。 炕炕馍又叫芝麻饼，是一种圆形或长方形的烙饼。圆形似满月，叫作圆炕炕，碗口大小，边厚中薄；长形似神牌，叫做长炕炕。一面有芝麻者谓之“一面麻”；两面有芝麻者谓之“两面麻”。饼上隔指许，剁有似断非断的刀印，一为美观，二为食用方便。汉阴炕炕馍，营养丰富，不干不硬，不顽不软，脆栈喷香。
